About OUR FOUNDER

With over 15 years of experience in the tax and accounting industry, Abram has achieved a high level of proficiency in various areas including advanced accounting and tax preparation, wealth management, estate and financial planning, complex estate structures and tax strategies, comprehensive investment analysis (including diversified portfolios and private placements), optimized asset allocation, cost benefit analysis for business and investment decisions, annuity and life insurance policy design and implementation, and numerous other areas. Abram has been a licensed CPA for over 11 years and holds additional designations as a Personal Financial Specialist (PFS), Enrolled Agent (EA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), and Life Accident and Health License holder. He has collaborated with multiple attorneys and tax professionals over the years in connection with the implementation of complex strategies.

Abram's career journey began in a different field, having earned a Bachelor of Arts in Music Technology from Northwestern University in 2006. Transitioning into the world of accounting and finance, Abram, along with his wife Cindy, graduated from Woodbury University in 2011 with a Master of Business Administration. They both excelled in their capstone course, becoming finalists and securing sixth place in the international Capsim business simulation competition, The Capsim Challenge. Abram also obtained achievement awards in the areas of tax and accounting, and his writing abilities were proven to be proficient as the university used his papers as sample work to achieve their formal accreditation. Abram’s career in tax and accounting has since flourished.

Since 2013, Abram has been married to Cindy, and together they have one daughter who keeps them engaged with a diverse range of activities and educational pursuits. As a family, they enjoy exploring the outdoors and traveling the world, immersing themselves in different cultures, and experiencing each country's history, culinary arts, gastronomy, and geography.
